職位描述

Job Duties: 

  • Greet and welcome guests, direct guests to the appropriate person or meeting rooms
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive and dstribute incoming courier mails, deliveries and invoices
  • Ensure meeting rooms are tidy with all neceessary stationery and meterial
  • Assist in arranging company car and driver
  • Meeting room reservations and make sure all necessary stationary and materials in conference room
  • Maintain and organize reading materials
  • Prepare from or notie if needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years experience, preferable in administrative related  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • High proficiency in MS applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred

 

Working Hours and Benifits: 

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch; Alternative Saturday 8:30am to 12:00noon
  • Group Medical Insurance
  • Cheerful working environment 
  • 5 months contract
