Job Duties:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence 
  • Managing meeting room availability
  • Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or related disciplines with minimum 2 years' working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with positive attitude
  • Well organized and able to work independently and efficiently
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
