Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Administration of the company, your new role will:
- Handle the front desk operations by receiving incoming calls, greeting guests professionally
- Manage meeting rooms reservation, guest’s beverage arrangement and equipment set-up for the meeting
- Provide administrative support including mailing & arranging courier delivery service, and record management
- Ensure office cleanliness, equipment and supplies for reception and meeting room areas
- Work closely with different internal & external parties to deliver smooth front desk operations
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sizeable companies. Work experience in customer services industries will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Presentable with pleasant, proactive personality, and a good team player
- Knowledge of PC applications and Chinese word processing
