Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

• Front desk services including but not limited to handling phone calls, greeting clients and appointment scheduling
• House-keeping duties including facilities management, cleaning services support, stationery supplies, hospitality services, etc.
• Handle files management
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

 

• DSE or above
• Experience in working in clinic or endoscopic private centre is preferred
• Good in communication, customer-oriented and with computer operation knowledge
• Work location: Kwai Fong
