Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers/visitors, couriers in a professional manner
- Provide office administrative support to HK Office not limited to order stationery/pantry supplies, name card purchase, office equipment/service maintenance, etc
- Reconcile invoice payment and cost allocation of different departments to Finance
- Back up HR & Administration Officer to provide Group Travel Arrangement and coordinate with different local counterparts for accommodation and pick-up services
- Support Company events and assist to organize employee engagement activities
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with good team spirit
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Knowledge in Excel and PC applications and Chinese word processing
- Strong organizing and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is preferred
