職位描述

Job Description:

  1. Reception duties (i.e. greeting and serving guests, pantry maintenance, mailing order and courier management, inquiries and phone calls);
  2. Administrative duties (i.e. office maintenance, renovation, procurement, facility management and equipment maintenance, online presence);
  3. Daily routine accounting duties and Accountant standby services (i.e. bookkeeping data inputs, managing petty cash, and other accounting related works as assigned when the Company Accountant is absent);
  4. Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, business expenses reimbursements and etc.;
  5. Provide personal assistance including family matters and secretarial supports to the Director as needed;
  6. Assist the Company Secretary in handling and managing the corporate documentations and submitting all necessary files timely;
  7. Provide support to the team as needed and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma degree with professional qualification(s);
  2. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  3. Self-motivated and willing to learn;
  4. Immediately available (preferred).
