Job Description:
- Reception duties (i.e. greeting and serving guests, pantry maintenance, mailing order and courier management, inquiries and phone calls);
- Administrative duties (i.e. office maintenance, renovation, procurement, facility management and equipment maintenance, online presence);
- Daily routine accounting duties and Accountant standby services (i.e. bookkeeping data inputs, managing petty cash, and other accounting related works as assigned when the Company Accountant is absent);
- Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, business expenses reimbursements and etc.;
- Provide personal assistance including family matters and secretarial supports to the Director as needed;
- Assist the Company Secretary in handling and managing the corporate documentations and submitting all necessary files timely;
- Provide support to the team as needed and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree with professional qualification(s);
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Immediately available (preferred).
