Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Asia Regional role
- Collaborating with freight carriers to negotiate contracts and rates.
- Follow up space issues or any other disputes/cases with carrier and internal parties.
- Centralize the rate from carrier and evaluate the pricing .
- Cooperate / comply the Ocean Strategy with internal station.
- Support on preparing carrier assignment / routing guide / pricing.
- Assist in monitoring volume performance to trade strategy.
- Report Analysis
- Provide revenue yield and volume analysis
Skills & Requirements:
- High Diploma or above with formal training in Logistics will be an advantage
- 5 years or above relevant experience in forwarding co.
- Over 3 years in managerial level, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC applications including Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to handle full set documents, operation, consolidation & cargo planning
- Good relationship with Carriers & co-loaders
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work overtime and work under pressure
- Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient
