Job Summary:

As a Regional Partner Success Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our hotel partnerships across 3 regions (Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore). You will be responsible for managing hotel accounts, aligning with company strategy, and working directly with hotels to drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Grow Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with our hotel partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and fostering long-term collaboration.

Strategic Insight and Suggestions: Provide valuable insights and creative suggestions to hotel partners, helping them improve their services and adopt better practices.

Negotiate and Optimize Agreements: Lead negotiation efforts to establish mutually beneficial agreements and identify ways to enhance partnership value.

Regional Strategy Coordination: Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure regional alignment and consistency across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Occasional Travel: Represent the company and support hotel partners on-site as needed across our three core regions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management or related roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity.

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proactive insight-sharing, and the ability to suggest practical improvements for hotel partners.

Language: Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mindset: Smart, adaptable, and highly fluent in connecting with partners and stakeholders.
