GENERAL OBJECTIVES
· Drive and implement branding and communications strategies in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & SEA, with client
recruitment and brand awareness as focus.
· Plan and execute PR and digital strategy in Asia, such as media pitching, influencer, native content etc to meet business goals of brand desirability and visibility.
· Collaborate with retail functions to implement retail marketing plans in Asia, such as product launch, instore activation, database collaboration to achieve recruitment objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRESS RELATIONS
· Work closely with China team to plan and implement branding strategies for Asia in alignment with global directions to support brand building and new client recruitment, including image events, press presentation, editorial pitching, native content collaboration etc.
· Oversee Greater China brand communication strategy to synchronize and optimize brand visibility in Asia
· Ensure appropriate and timely distribution of materials from global to local markets.
· Strategically plan press inventory order and utilization. Coordinate Asia press requests in a timely and professional manner to optimize brand and product presence.
· Manage PR agencies, vendors and any third parties’ collaborations.
DIGITAL & SOCIAL
· Develop and execute local digital social media strategies to ensure qualitative presence on social media.
· Create qualitative and innovative local native contents to enhance brand visibility and buzz. · Identify and build relationship with influencers to increase brand exposure among young generation. · Monitor and analyze media coverage to gauge insights and learning for better planning.
MARKETING PROMOTION
· Plan and implement promotional plan in Asia in collaboration with retail team, such as product launch, seasonal preview, in-store activation, to achieve client recruitment and retention goals.
· Liaise and explore with landlords and partners to explore potential partnership opportunities.
· Optimize ROI to strike a balance between quality and resources. Analyze results and evaluate learnings.
GENERAL
· Manage budget of each campaigns and ensure effective usage of expenses to deliver ROI.
· Partner with retail, merchandising and VM teams to ensure seamless communication and synergy.
· Supervise the team to deliver marketing reports and provide insights.
REQUIREMENT
· Minimum 7 years of PR & Marketing experience with MNC Luxury Retail brands.
· University graduate in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant disciplines.
· Solid experience and established relationship with media and influencers in Asia.
· Multi market exposure is a must
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and
English.
· Proactive team player with “can-do” attitude.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
