Repair Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and in-house repair services for computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Perform hardware repairs and replacements as necessary.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various operating systems, including Windows, Chrome OS and Android.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, including found problems, parts used, and issues resolved in repair system.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of repaired systems.

Requirements 

• Proven experience in computer and mobile device repair, with a strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with operating system installation and configuration.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable
