Research and Development (R&D) Director

We actively look for professional, inspiring and collaborative teams in R&D with roles as follows:

• Develop advanced power semiconductor technologies.
• Design device, process and mask layout.
• Review issues and potential risks.
• Build and mentor a skilled team in related research.
• Perform other ad hoc duties where necessary.
  
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree or above in Physics / Electronic Engineering / Applied Physics / Materials Science or in related technical discipline with background in microelectronics / semiconductor devices.
• More than 5 years working experience in in the semiconductor industry. Candidate with less experience or qualification may be considered for the position of Principal / Senior R&D Engineer.
• Knowledge in semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. and/or in TCAD simulation, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging and device characterization.
