Research Assistant (Mystery Shopper)

This is the entry-level with career path in our research team to support day-to-day project implementation. 


Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to mystery shopper programs
• Provide training to mystery shoppers
• Complete the programs by specified date
• Maintain the report quality
• Assist in Ad-hoc market research programs

Requirements:

• Good time management
• Have a strong sense of responsibility
• Good written skills and enjoy working on reports with texts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus
• Able to handle stress and work independently under time pressure
• Higher Diploma or above a plus
• Fresh graduates will be considered
