Research Assistant [Ref. no.: RSA-HO]

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology or social science-related discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
• Proficiency in performing data processing and analysis with statistical software,such as SPSS and NVivo
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• An effective command for both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
• Trainings in psychology or counselling will be an advantage

Duties:

•  Performing data collection, data processing and analysis with statistical software for both quantitative and qualitative research studies
•  Performing literature search and assisting in drafting research reports
•  Liaise with staff and other institutions for research
•  Providing administrative and logistic support for research and meetings
•  Performing other tasks as assigned
