Research Assistant [Ref. no.: RSA-HO]

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related disciplines, preferably with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in research
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
• Proficiency with SPSS and NVivo
• Detail-minded, independent, and good interpersonal skills
• A good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
• Training in psychology or counselling will be an advantage

Duties:

•  Perform data collection, data processing, and analysis with statistical software for both quantitative and qualitative research
•  Perform literature search and assist in drafting research reports
•  Liaise with staff and other institutions for research
•  Provide administrative support for research and meetings, such as taking meeting notes
•  Perform other tasks as assigned
