Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff :

Resident Engineer (RE)

We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out technical work for the project of “Building 1 Development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park:

Minimum Qualifications:

(a) Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

(b) 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

(c) Experience in pipe cap, basement, building works and façade system is an advantage.

General Note:

• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in May 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be around 24 months.
