RESIDENT SITE STAFF
We are looking for the following site staff for Construction of two special schools at Renfrew Road, Kowloon Tong (Contract No. SSL506)

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Works Supervisor Class I (Building) shall be as follows:

• Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; or
  Successfully completed a recognized T echnician Apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
  Successfully completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
  5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline.
• 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 3 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor Class II (RWSII) (Building) or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
• The tentative employment period will be about 20 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in Dec 2024.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

現為九龍塘聯福道2所特殊學校項目招聘以下駐地盤人員:

申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格:

• 持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院/香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院所頒發的建築學科證書課程，或具備同等學歷；或
  成功完成一個受相關界別認可的建造技術員學徒訓練；或
  成功完成一個受相關界別認可的建造工藝學徒訓練，並具有兩年熟練技工的工作經驗；或
  具有5年相關界別熟練技工的工作經驗;
• 取得有關資格後3年的相關工作經驗/在公共工程項目或列明於駐地盤人員管理手冊第4.5.2節內認可工程項目中擔任3年駐地盤二級監工(屋宇)或同等職位的相關工作經驗；
• 須在香港中學會考(會考)  或香港中學文憑考試(文憑試)在英國語文科及中國語文科取得2級* 或以上成績以符合有關職位的語文能力要求，或同等學歷；
• 合約期暫定由二零二四年十二月開始，預計合約期為二十個月，合約期滿後按表現可獲發約滿酬金。

[備註*：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，會視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲2 級成績。]
