RESIDENT SITE STAFF
We are looking for the following site staff for Construction of two special schools at Renfrew Road, Kowloon Tong (Contract No. SSL506)

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Works Supervisor Class I (Building Services) shall be as follows:

• A Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; or
  5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
  Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
  Successfully completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations / 3 years’ relevant experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations as Resident Works Supervisor Class II  (Building Services) ((RWSII)(BS)) or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form 3 (before 2012) / Secondary 3 standard.
• The tentative employment period will be about 24 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in Oct 2024.

現為九龍塘聯福道2所特殊學校項目招聘以下駐地盤人員：

申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格：

• 持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院/香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院所頒發的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程的證書，或同等學歷；或
  具有5年屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程熟練技工的工作經驗；或
  成功完成一個受相關界別認可的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程技術員學徒訓練；或
  成功完成一個受相關界別認可的屋宇裝備工程或電機工程或機械工程工藝學徒訓練，並具有兩年熟練技工的工作經驗；
• 取得有關資格後3年屋宇裝備及機電安裝的地盤監督相關工作經驗/在公共工程項目或列明於駐地盤人員管理手冊第4.5.2節內認可工程項目中擔任3年駐地盤二級監工(屋宇裝備)或同等職位的屋宇裝備及機電安裝的地盤監督相關工作經驗；
• 具有相當於香港中學三年級的英國語文及中國語文水平；
• 合約期暫定由二零二四年十月開始，預計合約期為二十四個月，合約期滿後按表現可獲發約滿酬金。
