Job Responsibilities:

·          Oversee the daily operations of the Electronic Resource Centre in handling teaching resources.

·          Assist teachers with the borrowing and returning of teaching resources and collection of stationery.

·          Label and register new teaching resources, conduct regular stock checks and year-end reconciliation

·          Support the School to process procurement requests.

·          Implement and support AI-driven solutions across various service areas of the Division.

·          Engage in a variety of administrative tasks, including project coordination and support for digitization initiatives.

·          Take on additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Job Requirements:
 ·          Diploma or above

·          Good knowledge of office software applications and Chinese word processing.

·          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

·          Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·          Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure.

·          Work experience in a library environment is preferred*.

·          Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Resources & Administrative Assistant

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30pm
