Retail Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide all kinds of administrative and operations support to the retail operations team.
• Consolidate sales data and prepare sales related reports for manager review and frontline usage
• Assist regulatory and compliance reporting/documentation
• Responsible for commission and incentive calculation
• Responsible for store maintenance
• Communicate and work closely between office and retail stores on daily retail operations issues
• Ensure all operational policies and procedures are thoroughly communicated to all retail sale team in a timely manner
• Proactively assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing policies & procedures
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the retail industry
• Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong analytical mind and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command on both English and Chinese
• Good initiative and follow-through
• Good sense of figures and detail minded
