Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve sales target while facilitate the team to provide through monitoring and measuring sales performance on a daily basis through KPIs management 
• Lead the sales team in deliver the best luxury costumer experience.
• Coach team members in terms of sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM processes etc. 
• Facilitate the marketing programs and customer events with professional execution to enhance customer experience
• Support to completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs
• Participate in inventory management and maintain in-store display and merchandise

Requirements:
• Graduate of Form5/DSE or above
• Relevant experience of 5 years in retail frontline management, experience in Cigar, Wine and Spirits or Luxury Goods definitely an advantage
• Well-organized, self-motivated and with sensible marketing intelligence.
• Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management and training. 
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
