Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, project management capabilities, and proficiency in data handling, particularly using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate comprehensive lead reports to track sales pipeline and performance

- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, template creation, and performance tracking

- Set up and maintain CRM workflows to optimize sales processes

- Manage projects and facilitate communication with vendors as needed

- Utilize AI tools to streamline data handling and reporting tasks

- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, to consolidate data for management review

- Provide general administrative support, including event planning and coordination, as needed

- ⁠Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.

Required Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- ⁠Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms

- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Familiarity with AI-powered data management and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the sales or marketing industry is an advantage

- Knowledge of ZOHO or other leading CRM platforms is an advantage

- Experience with HTML and advanced functions like VLOOKUP is an advantage

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
