職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including process sales orders and handle daily documents.
  • Liaise with the logistics team on the delivery arrangements, including monitor delivery schedule and stock balance.
  • Follow up sales orders and handle ad-hoc tasks.
  • Support Sales team and provide all necessary back-end operational assistance to the team.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Good team player, customer-oriented and willing to learn
  • Knowledge of sales and logistics processes
  • Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin) is required
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Less experience will be considered as Sales Administration Clerk
