Responsibilities

  • Provide sales administrative support for sales team, order processing and follow up, including coordination with customers, factories, and internal departments to ensure timely and smooth of orders/projects.
  • Co-ordinate all logistic activities with customers, forwarder, warehouse, factories and internal departments to ensure the shipment schedule in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to sales team for tender submission or project offers
  • Handling and updating sales report, records, filing system
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Immediately available is preferred
