Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining communication with clients and resolving client queries in a timely manner.
- Preparing price lists, quote sheets, completing forms, & tender documents and other related tasks.
- Assist the sales team with sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and maintaining sales records.
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings and other related activities.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- DSE equivalent or above
- At least 3 years of experience in sales administration support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
