Job Duties:
- Handle and arrange product installation/repair
- Handle customer inquiries, provide suggestions and follow up action
- Work with other departments to ensure the accuracy of order
- Perform general clerical duties, such as preparing installation/repair orders, invoices, data entry, record management, etc
- Assist ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Good command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good Knowledge in MS Word, Excel
- Chinese Processing (min. 30 wpm)
- Well organized, independent, hardworking and willing to learn
- Immediate available preferred

Working Hour:
