職位描述

Job Duties:

  • Handle and arrange product installation/repair
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide suggestions and follow up action
  • Work with other departments to ensure the accuracy of order
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as preparing installation/repair orders, invoices, data entry, record management, etc
  • Assist ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Good command in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good Knowledge in MS Word, Excel
  • Chinese Processing (min. 30 wpm)
  • Well organized, independent, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Immediate available preferred

Working Hour:

  • 5.5 working days
