Job Descriptions:
- Prepare quotations and provide sales support to team.
- Assist in documentation and drawings related works.
- Tender preparation for supporting Sales team.
- Updating in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
- Handle invoice submission, payment follow-up.
- Provide internal and external coordination support to account management team.
- Timely submission of required documentation.
- Report to Sales Manager/Senior Manager.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience in sales support/administration/client service/customer service.
- Strong service sense and skills, good time management and high learning skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin. Good in written English and Chinese.
- Immediately available is preferred.
