Sales Assistant (5-day works, bank holidays)

職位描述

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare quotations and provide sales support to team.
  • Assist in documentation and drawings related works.
  • Tender preparation for supporting Sales team.
  • Updating in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
  • Handle invoice submission, payment follow-up.
  • Provide internal and external coordination support to account management team.
  • Timely submission of required documentation.
  • Report to Sales Manager/Senior Manager.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales support/administration/client service/customer service.
  • Strong service sense and skills, good time management and high learning skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Good in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.  Good in written English and Chinese.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
