Duties:
1.Generate sales growth for our business by efficiently managing relationships with retailers.
2.Propose and execute an operational sales plan appropriate, being reviewed and updated.
3.Promote our company and increase the market share of the brand through the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
4.Lead and supervise sales team.
5.Ability to analyze your market to generate ideas and recommendations for growth and improvement of sales.
6.Overview catering sales channels and activities strategically to achieve company goals and sales targets
7.Develop and execute the business plans, budgeting and forecasting for all sales channels
8.Budget Management: Manage budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Requirements :
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above ;
2.At least 5 years of Account and retail experience within cosmetics, beauty industry;
4.Excellent communication skills. The knowledge of English and Mandarin would be desirable;
5.Must be proactive, versatile, and innovative;
6.Motivated and results-oriented, with a high degree of self-planning and management of priorities;
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
