Job Description
- Provide the clerical support to sales team
- Sales order processing & follow up the order delivery and logistic arrangement
- Maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded in the system timely and accurately
- Maintain accurate stock balance record and coordinate with inventory planning
- Assist the Sales Manager to handle clients enquires & sales promotion activities
- Prepare and update sales reports
- handle ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- F.5 / DSE graduated or above
- At least 2 years working experience in Sales and Administration
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Responsible, meticulous, independent and self-motivated, with good communication skills and able to work on multi-tasks
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
