Sales Co-ordinator (Export Department)

Responsibilities:

• To be Responsible for data-input, ordering process and sales related functions

To perform administration duties regarding sales quotation, sales order, price calculation and website update

• To compile reports regularly for management review
• To work closely with sales team

To provide logistic support in the day-to-day operation

To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

F.6 or above with 5 subjects passed including English (Syllabus B)

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales support, shipping/accounting field
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Immediately available is preferable
