Sales coordinator/ Assistant sales coordinator

European company specializing in high end outdoor furniture and production facilities in China and Indonesia, serving international customers.

We are seeking an Sales coordinator/Assistant sales coordinator for our HK head office.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales and Marketing team (HK and France)
• Arrange stock replenishment, prepare stock report on timely basis.
• Handle customer enquiries, respond to complaints from customer and provide after-sales support when required
• Maintain department database records & filing system in local server and Sharepoint (including item master, complain logs, specification sheets and other relative documents)
• Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and/or events
• Provide logistics support (arrange courier, delivery)
• Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Experience in stock planning will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application, Sharepoint and SAP experience will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Hardworking, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
