Sales Coordinator / Customer Service

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer service contact for overseas customers
  • Prepare quotations and samples
  • Process orders from customers
  • Organize sales and marketing activities
  • Liaise with factories for pricing and delivery
  • Travel occasionally for Exhibitions, meeting overseas customers, etc.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience; knowledge of industrial products will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English as most customers are overseas
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office like EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK and POWER-POINT
  • A multi-tasker
  • Ability to start work immediately is preferred
