Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices and tender document etc.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Handle PO issue and data entry for SAP system.
- Follow up on shipping arrangements worldwide.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement.
- Support sales team operations and maintain good filing.
- Handle ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and sales admin.
- Familiar with SAP application.
- Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
