職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices and tender document etc.
  • Handle customer enquiries.
  • Handle PO issue and data entry for SAP system.
  • Follow up on shipping arrangements worldwide.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up delivery and logistic arrangement.
  • Support sales team operations and maintain good filing.
  • Handle ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and sales admin.
  • Familiar with SAP application.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
