Sales - Coordinator/Sales Account Manager

• Order management and regular reports. Including:  Order processing (Sales Orders &    Purchase Orders), production arrangement in a timely manner.
• Engagement of project management such as product development, sampling, preparing cost analysis and quotation.
• To maintain and develop designated accounts, as well as to secure new    opportunities and business for the company.
• Handle complaints, carry out investigation for decision making/proposing solution.
• Retain & develop close relationship with factories.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
