Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at De’Longhi group. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business development and key accounts management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships and explore the business potential in the market.

 

What’s the role about?  

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients

 

2. Key Account Management:

  • Manage relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales target
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive and manage daily operational & sales activities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service for key accounts

 

3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and deals closed
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Proficient in data and information management

 

What we are looking for:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
