Sales Executive (Lift & Escalator) - Sales Department

Responsibilities:

·        To coordinate with Main Contractor, Architect, Consultant for drawing / material approval.

·        To attend site meeting for drawing discussion.

·        To coordinate with internal departments in respect of engineering processing to finalize product specification.

·        To issue and follow up variation order.

·        To handle tender and contract documentation works

Requirements:

·        Degree holder in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering) or in Architectural Studies or Building Management

·        2-5 years working experience in tendering or project coordination for construction or building services field

·        Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese

·        Familiar with using MS Office
