Responsibilities:
- Handle PO & SC processing
- Maintain orders database and records
- Follow up on order status with suppliers and build good relationships with customers
- Regular review and analysis of sales data and sales forecast
- Prepare monthly reports for review
- Plan and executive trading plan to achieve sales target
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- University degree/ Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent in a related discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in export trading will be a plus
- Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Efficient team player, self-motivated, well organized, and able to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales assistant manager
