Sales Executive / Sales Assistant Manager – Export Department

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle PO & SC processing
  • Maintain orders database and records
  • Follow up on order status with suppliers and build good relationships with customers
  • Regular review and analysis of sales data and sales forecast
  • Prepare monthly reports for review
  • Plan and executive trading plan to achieve sales target
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • University degree/ Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent in a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in export trading will be a plus
  • Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Efficient team player, self-motivated, well organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales assistant manager
