What you’ll be doing?
-
Lead a small sales team to achieve optimum channel coverage and to generate business opportunities

Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets

Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
-
Understand market trends, competitor activity and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
-
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
-
Work closely with different departments to deliver client projects
-
Build partnerships with different corporates/groups/property developers
Who are we looking for?
-
Higher Diploma or Degree holder
-
At least 10 years of business development experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory role
-
Experience in sizable retail chain is preferred
-
Familiar with retail industry (Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle) in Hong Kong market
-
Proficiency in Excel to analyze market data
-
Self - motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
-
Result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive and creative

Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
