Sales Manager - Food Service

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Achieve targets and manage assigned customers
• Responsible for developing and executing sales plan, establishing strong trade relationship with assigned accounts and exploring new sales opportunities to achieve overall sales distribution objective
• Outdoor works for promote and develop new clients are needed
• To prepare sales forecast and implement marketing activity
• To prepare various reports and analysis per both customer & management request
• To handle customer's orders & enquiries, maintain good relationships with customers
• Handling customer complaints and enquires in order to maintain smooth daily operation
• To ensure quality service by frequent visits and understand the feedback from customers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in food service industry, strong network at Fast Food Chain, Hotel, Club House, Chinese Restaurants, Hotpot, Dessert is highly preferred
• Good communication, mature, well-organized, self-motivated, multi-tasking, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation skill to chef of restaurant
• Strong communication skills with good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Immediately available is preferred
