Job Responsibilities:
- Create, plan and execute sales and pricing strategies following the Company vision to increase market share and sustain long-term profitability.
- Articulate an annual business plan for developing new markets / products / customers with KPI and motivate the Marketing and Sales team to achieve KPI.
- Lead the business development teams to achieve sales targets; promote the awareness of GLSHK.
- Recruit and manage the business relationship with customers to grow EzySuite products.
- Initiate and develop solid business relationships with key customers / stakeholders in the industry (e.g. Freighter carriers, Agency associations, IATA, TIACA, etc.).
- Represent GLSHK to participate and speak in industry events and functions.
- Motivate, coach and engage the sales team to deliver.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in corporate sales and marketing
- A candidate with experience in selling digital solutions/ Air cargo commercial will be an advantage
- A proven track record in sales is a must
- Strategic planner with strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid team management / polished interpersonal skills / market development experience will be an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communications and organisational skills
- Good presentation / consultative selling skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- Frequent travelling will be required
