We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive corporate salesperson to manage and grow revenue and market share.

EQS Group is a leading technology provider for digital investor relations and corporate compliance. During two decades we have developed into an international group with 13 locations and over 400 employees worldwide – and achieved all of this without losing our start-up mentality.

What are you going to do?

• Manage, retain, and grow revenue, responsible for new sales and accountable for service performance
• Lead a sales team (1-2 persons)
• Generate leads, set up client meetings, and make sales pitches
• Prepare proposals catered to specific clients based on their specific needs
• Develop sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Initiate business partner development and relationship as needed
• Assist with high severity client requests or issue escalations as needed

Note: Product knowledge and training will be provided, candidates who are interested in digital projects, investor relations and compliance are preferred.

What you should bring in order to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years(s) B2B sales or accounts management experience requested, IR and compliance field experience preferred
• Strong selling, business development, communication, and analytical skills
• Solid written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
• A motivated worker with an outgoing personality and strong team player skills
