Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions to generate sales leads, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Address inquiries from customers and collaborate with our overseas offices.
  • Work closely with overseas offices and agents to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to enhance business potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in freight management or logistics operations, with experience in the China market being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Energetic, independent, and able to multi-task; result-oriented and self-motivated.
