Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Fresh grad. students are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Identify and engage potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and the production team, to develop innovative solutions and the best service to clients
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Traveling is required (PRC, VN, and overseas)
Requirements
- Form 5 graduate and above. Any degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Innovative with a strong strategic mindset, able to provide advice to the team aligned with the company's goals and direction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Good team player, self-motivated, Proactive, and with a never-give-up attitude
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive
