Job Responsibilities:
Prepare legal and sales documents, including sales arrangements, tenders, pricelists, etc;
Coordinate show flat design and manage logistics for the sales office;
Supervise the production of property sales brochures in compliance with relevant ordinances;
Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
Coordinate with the project team for rectification works.
Job Requirements:
Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant disciplines;
Have a minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in property development or a related industry;
Familiar with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance;
Proactive, independent, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive working attitude and excellent integrity;
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary;
Able to establish and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and partners;
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English;
Willing to travel to the Mainland as required.
