Our client is a full-service interior design and contracting firm that offers a turnkey design and construction service to corporate clients Hong Kong. To facilitate their business expansion, they are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

• Work closely with the General Managersof the company. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop sales support materials and engage in presentations.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Keep social media and customer database information current.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the interior design & construction industry, particularly in the commercial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of interior design & constructionindustry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Skilled in MS Office, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the management team.
• Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
