Sales Officer / Account Executive ( Corporate )

About the role

Johnson Health Tech (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading provider of innovative fitness equipment and solutions, is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Sales / Account Executive to join our team in the Kwun Tong District. This full-time role is crucial in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring the continued success and growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate market
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop effective sales strategies
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed sales reports to management
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of products and services

What we're looking for

• 2 years or aboveexperience in a similar corporate sales or account management role, preferably within the fitness, wellness or healthcare industry

• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Thorough understanding of the corporate fitness and wellness market, and the ability to identify and address client needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using CRM systems
