Sales & Project Assistant

Responsibilities:
 

• Handle customer enquires, assist in order processing and issue quotations
• Assist in coordinating projects, required to communicate with customers/ suppliers by WhatsApp in non-office hours 
• Provide all-rounded support to Sales Team, including but not limited to prepare meeting minutes, coordinate and arrange exhibitions and seminars, etc
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Meet with customers when necessary
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
 

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales Support or Customer Service
• Good in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin. Good in written English and Chinese
• Detailed-mind, highly self-motivated and out-going personality
• Good communication, able to work independently and multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
