Sales Representative | Client Relationship Representative (No OT Cluture)

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries through multiple channels, including live chat, emails, and other instant messaging platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and prepare solution-based business proposals for clients.
• Proactively explore new customer resources through telephone sales, door-to-door visits, participation in industry exhibitions, and other methods to tap into potential business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and post-sales teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT industry.
• Familiarity with IT sales processes and strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Strong self-driven and goal-oriented awareness, ability to work actively in a high-pressure environment, courage to challenge the sales target, and good team spirit.
• Interest in and willingness to learn different technologies.
• Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
