About us:

Responsibilities:

• Answer general inquiries on company formation. Intensive training will be provided.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Assist communication with government authorities and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery, and after-sales service.
• Greet and build relationships with Western partners during their visits to Hong Kong (about 1 time each quarter).

Requirements:

• Degree in any field.
• English Degree holders are welcome (95% of clients are from Western countries).
• Passion for meeting Western entrepreneurs is a plus.
• Fluent Cantonese is required (5% of clients are from Hong Kong).
• Quick to learn and memorize company products and services.
• Outgoing with good communication skills.
• Can-do attitude to develop new business and meet deadlines.
• 3 years of sales / relationship management experience is preferred.
• Less than 3 years of experience will be considered for a trainee position.

Salary & Benefits:

The monthly salary is in the range of HK$20,000 - HK$27,000. On the job training will be provided.
