Sales --- Senior Executive/ Supervisor

Responsibility:

• Achieve sales target/goal and KPI through the aggressive and sustainable sales approach, enhance and develop business opportunities
• Identify the strengths, weaknesses and thus the sales opportunities down to individual sales team level, understand distributors’ needs and react promptly with feasible solutions through data and market visit
• Provide coaching and support to enable distributors to better develop their own markets and get success in business by necessary means, e.g. face-to-face communications, training and meetings, related supporting materials etc
• Manage the cycle of implementation of the sales plans, including follow-up, inspection, and review for an improvement plan
• Be a key player in organizing different kinds of activities in or out of the office
• Strengthen and build strong relationships with distributors and different teams
• Coordinate with HQ on various issues including but not limited to product training, business training, incentives, or other sales-oriented activities, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales,  B2C, account servicing or loyalty program experience
• Sensitive to data and good at observation, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Responsible and independent, able to build up work relations with internal and external parties quickly
• Experience in Direct Selling/ MLM would be advantage but not compulsory
• Good command in spoken & written English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Excellent at communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; self-initiative and initiative to people
• Occasional travel is necessary
• More experience candidate will be consider as Senior Sales Executive
