We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth coordination and monitoring of production and order fulfillment for a major international retail client. While no selling is required, you will support the Account Manager with administrative tasks and liaise with suppliers in China. Occasional travel to China will be required for supplier visits and industry trade events.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Communicate weekly with retail assistants/planners on the customer side.
- Coordinate with China-based suppliers, ensuring timely follow-ups on deliverables.
- Travel to China when needed to assist sourcing managers in resolving supply chain issues.
- Manage and process sales data, reports, and customer portal entries.
- Prepare brochures, costing sheets, and client presentation materials.
- Work closely with Compliance, Technical, and Design teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Monitor order and delivery status, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Verify artwork, packaging, and inspection reports for each sales order.
- Handle customer paperwork, contracts, and courier sample deliveries.
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Willing to travel to China as needed
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive multitasker
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
